If you prefer not to have names printed, it will just state 'Officiant' or 'Witnesses' under the appropriate signature line.

  Every detail is chosen by you and 100% guaranteed.  If a mistake is made on my part, I will replace it at no charge, but a copy will be emailed to you for approval before it is mailed to you.

When you email me with your choices, I will send you an email to confirm.  These are the things you need to decide on:

1. Type of certificate
2. Background or style choice
3.  Date of event
4. Place of event
5. Correct spelling of name(s)
6. Lines for witnesses: 1, 2, or none
7. Names of witnesses, if applicable
8. Line for Minister or Officiant
9. Minister or Officiant's name or title, if applicable
10. Seal/No Seal
11. Number of additional certificates at 1/2 price each 

The price shown includes any shipping and handling for up to 4 certificates.
